LANESBORO, MN — Three local leaders are making headlines in Southeast Minnesota. Congratulations to Tim Penny, retiring president and CEO of the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation (SMIF), Colleen Foehrenbacher, awarded the Outstanding New Leader Award by the Association of Nature Center Administrators (ANCA), and Joe Grodahl, the new executive director of Giants of the Earth Heritage Center.
