Located in southeastern Minnesota’s scenic Root River Valley, Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been inspiring care for the earth and each other since 1978. Each year, we empower thousands of visitors to explore, learn, and connect through nationally accredited educational programs and outdoor adventures.

Outdoor School
From half-day field trips to immersive overnight camps, Eagle Bluff’s Outdoor School delivers hands-on, nature-based education that inspires curiosity and fosters growth in K-12 students.
Environmental Education Fellowship
Join a year-long professional development program that provides aspiring outdoor educators with hands-on teaching experience and the chance to earn an Environmental Education Certificate.
Summer Camps
Explore summer camps for all ages, from preschoolers to adults. Designed to build life skills, spark curiosity, and inspire confidence, our camps combine fun and unforgettable outdoor adventures.
Family Camps
Reconnect at Eagle Bluff’s Family Camp, featuring activities for all ages like canoeing, rock climbing, and guided hikes. Enjoy provided meals, cozy lodging, and memorable outdoor adventures.
Nature Preschool
Explore our child-led, nature-based program for children ages 3-5, designed to build kindergarten readiness through outdoor learning, offered in partnership with Fillmore County Head Start.
Outreach Programs
