No problem! Just fill out our Public Outreach Inquiry Form with details about what you’re looking for, and our Outreach Coordinator will get back to you to discuss options.
Can I schedule multiple programs at my site on the same day?
Yes! We’re happy to mix and match programs to fit your group’s needs. Submit our Public Outreach Inquiry Form to start planning.
How do I choose the right program for my group?
You know your group best, but we’re here to help! Reach out, and we’ll gladly recommend programs that are age-appropriate, engaging, and tailored to your goals.
How far in advance should I book?
During the spring and fall, dates may book out months in advance – but in winter and summer we are typically more flexible. Due to staffing constraints, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to schedule programs within Minnesota and 5 weeks for programs out of state. With this said, we recommend reaching out as soon as you are interested in booking.
