Critters and Creeks Day Camp is a week of discovery and adventure for campers entering grades 1–4. From exploring the Root River to meeting Eagle Bluff’s animal ambassadors, each day is filled with hands-on experiences like shelter building, archery, and rock climbing.
Designed to spark curiosity and build confidence, this camp blends outdoor play with skill-building in a fun, supportive environment—helping kids connect with nature, try new things, and create lasting memories.

Drop-off: Daily between 8:45–9:30 AM
Pick-up: Daily between 4:00–4:45 PM

Safe, Supported, and Expertly Led
At Eagle Bluff, your camper is cared for by a team of passionate, highly trained educators who bring both expertise and energy to every day of camp. Each of our summer camp leaders has spent the past year working with school groups through Eagle Bluff’s Outdoor Education Fellowship program—building real experience in guiding, teaching, and supporting young learners in the outdoors.
24/7 Supervision
Campers are supervised throughout the day during all activities. At night, an on-duty staff member stays in a clearly marked room within the same dorm area, ensuring support is always nearby if needed.
Trained for Safety
All staff are certified in First Aid and CPR/AED and are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where campers can confidently try new things and grow.
