Have you been interacting with nature now more than ever? Now is a great time to start to looking closer at the plants around you, and learn about their historical, ecological, and edible significance!

If you’ve ever been curious about the small flowers, green shoots, and fragrant smells of the woodlands in the springtime, come along for a hike with Hannah Champeau as she shares her enthusiasm for the edible wild plants in SE MN. She’ll also point out some spring ephemerals – plants that only appear for a few weeks before the trees leaf out.

Check out the video above for your personal wild edibles and spring ephemeral identification class!
