Each year, as winter gives way to spring, Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center invites visitors to experience the magic of maple syrup season. This year’s Maple Syrup Fest welcomed guests from near and far, offering hands-on learning about the process of tapping trees, collecting sap, and boiling it down into pure maple syrup—finished off with a delicious pancake breakfast!
